This policy explains what Muses Consulting Studio Company (“Muses”, “we”) collects when you use Muses Live, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Account details: your name, email, password (stored encrypted by our sign-in provider), and, if you sign in with Google, your Google name, email and profile picture.
- Creator profile: country and state or city, date of birth, gender, film language, mobile number, student status, social handles, links to your videos, profile photo, tryout videos and anything you write in your application.
- Brand details: company name, website, campaign briefs and team members you invite.
- Work on the platform: scripts, drafts, posts, messages and files you send in Muses Live, and contracts you sign.
- Basic usage data: log and device information our hosting provider records to keep the service secure and working. We use cookies only to keep you signed in.
How we use it
To run Muses Live: review creator applications, match creators to campaigns, show brands the creators we put forward, deliver scripts and messages, pay creators and invoice brands, keep accounts secure, and contact you about your account, for example by email or text when your application is approved. We don’t sell your personal information.
Who sees it
The Muses team sees what it needs to run campaigns. Brands see the profile, sample videos and drafts of creators we put forward to them, but not your date of birth, gender or phone number. Other creators don’t see your profile.
We use service providers to run Muses Live: Supabase (database and sign-in), Vercel (hosting), Cloudflare (file and video storage), Resend (email), Quo (text messages) and Google (sign in with Google). They process data for us under their own security and privacy terms.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while your account is open and as long as needed for campaigns, contracts, payments and legal obligations. Ask us to delete your account and we’ll remove your profile and uploads, except what we must keep for contracts, payments or legal reasons.
Your choices
You can update your profile in your account at any time. To get a copy of your data, correct it or delete your account, email hello@museslive.app. Reply STOP to any text from us to stop texts.
Age
Muses Live is for people 18 and older. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone younger.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we’ll tell you by email or in the app.
