Terms of service

These terms cover your use of Muses Live (museslive.app and creators.museslive.app), run by Muses Consulting Studio Company, a Delaware company (“Muses”, “we”). By creating an account you agree to them. If you use Muses Live for a company, you agree for that company too.

1. Who can use Muses Live

Brands use Muses Live to run creator programs. Creators use it to apply, receive scripts, submit videos and get paid for campaigns. You must be at least 18 to create an account. Give us accurate information and keep your login to yourself. You’re responsible for what happens under your account.

2. Creators

Applying doesn’t guarantee approval or work. We review every application and may approve or decline it at our discretion. Each campaign has its own pay, posting schedule and rules, shown on the job post, and once you accept an offer, your creator contract for that campaign governs the work, payment and usage rights. If these terms and your contract disagree, the contract wins for that campaign.

You agree to film your own original content, follow the campaign brief, and disclose paid partnerships the way the brief and the law require (for example #ad or the platform’s paid partnership label). Don’t post anything false, misleading, hateful, sexual, or that uses someone else’s work or likeness without permission.

3. Brands

Pricing, the number of creators and your performance budget are set when you create a campaign and shown on your dashboard. You’re responsible for the accuracy of your brief and product claims. Rights to approved videos are as described in your agreement with Muses.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of what you upload unless a campaign contract says otherwise. You give Muses permission to store, process and show your uploads inside Muses Live so the service works, including showing your profile, sample videos and tryouts to our team and to brands we put you forward to.

5. Messages and conduct

Be respectful in messages. Don’t try to get around our access rules, scrape the service, or use it to send spam. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

6. Payments

Creator payouts and brand invoices follow the terms of each campaign and contract. View numbers shown before analytics are connected may be estimates or samples and are labeled that way.

7. Changes and ending

We may update Muses Live and these terms. If a change matters, we’ll tell you by email or in the app. You can close your account at any time by writing to hello@museslive.app.

8. Liability

Muses Live is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Muses isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us, or we paid you, in the three months before the claim.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
